Terms and Conditions

1. Booking

The booking is finalised upon the confirmation sent by email from Casa Camilla. No credit card or advance payment is required to complete the booking. Your stay is paid directly at the property upon check-in or check-out, as agreed.

2. Personal data required

To complete the booking, the following details are required:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Country of residence

Your data is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

3. Cancellation policy

Cancellation is free of charge if made at least 72 hours before check-in. In the event of a cancellation made less than 72 hours before the check-in time, or a no-show without notice, Casa Camilla reserves the right to charge a penalty equal to the cost of the first night.

To cancel, please write to [email protected] or contact us on WhatsApp at +39 376 087 3331. The cancellation is only valid upon written confirmation.

4. Amending your booking

Changes to dates or the number of guests are accepted subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before check-in.

5. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is available between 2:30 pm and 8:30 pm. Check-out is required by 10:30 am. For the Holiday property (Folgaria), check-in is on Saturday, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. For Casa Camilla City the minimum stay is 2 nights.

6. House rules

Guests are kindly asked to observe quiet hours after 10:30 pm. Smoking is not permitted inside the properties. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Liability

Casa Camilla accepts no liability for the theft, loss or damage of personal belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property's furnishings and fittings during their stay.

8. Tourist tax

The tourist tax is € 2.00 per person per night (guests over 14 years of age). It is not included in the price of the stay and is collected separately.

9. Invoicing

A tax invoice is available on request. The relevant details (company name, VAT or tax code, address, SDI code or PEC) must be provided before payment.

10. Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Should no agreement be reached, the competent court is that of Padua.
